Roger opět rozšiřuje obchodní tým – ideální příležitost pro studenty VŠ i FinTech nadšence.

Hledáme dynamického a komunikativního Client Care Specialistu (slovenského rodilého mluvčího), který se stane klíčovou součástí našeho týmu. Tvá cesta v Rogeru začne intenzivním zaškolením, během kterého se seznámíš s přípravou obchodní dokumentace i akvizičním procesem. Nemusíš mít proto strach, že nemáš dostatek zkušeností – všechno ti ukážeme Jakmile se trošku zorientuješ, budeš stát po boku našemu obchodnímu týmu a pomáhat mu s péčí o stávající klienty jako je Alza, Notino, Bonami a další významní hráči na trhu. Zároveň se zapojíš do akvizice nových klientů – zejména těch slovenských.

Co od Tebe očekáváme?

Skvěle ovládáš slovenský psaný i mluvený projev.

Jsi agilní – budeš se snažit vyjít vstříc požadavkům našich klientů a hledat společné cesty k oboustranně výhodnému řešení.

Máš týmového ducha (dobře fungující kolektiv je pro nás zásadní).

Nebojíš se zvednout telefon a mluvit s lidmi.

Umíš pracovat s MS Office – od nabídek až po přípravu přehledu v Excelu či prezentaci.

Pracovat můžeš alespoň 3 dny v týdnu (min. 25 hodin týdně).

Zkušenosti s obchodní komunikací nebo studium VŠ zaměřené na ekonomii jsou výhodou, ale ne podmínkou.
