Description and Requirements

Lenovo is seeking an ISG Category Pricing COE Lead m/f/d to define and drive the global ISG pricing strategy, leading the expansion of PAIDS (Pricing AI & Data Science) from pilot to full market deployment across ISO. This permanent position is ideal for a visionary leader with deep expertise in pricing, sales operations, and data-driven transformation. The role requires frequent collaboration with global teams, executive stakeholders, and cross-functional partners, and offers the opportunity to shape Lenovo's approach to AI-driven pricing and business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of ISG's global pricing framework, including adjustment grids and margin guardrails.

Partner with Finance and Sales leadership to ensure pricing strategies align with business objectives and competitive positioning.

Scale the PAIDS platform from pilot markets to full ISO deployment, expanding its functionality to integrate external intelligence, market trends, and competitive data.

Oversee the PAIDS product lifecycle, driving adoption across geographies and ensuring measurable return on investment.

Act as the voice of the field, capturing requirements from Sales, Finance, and Business Units, and translating them into prioritized product features.

Collaborate with Operations to deliver new capabilities and continuous improvements for PAIDS and pricing processes.

Provide executive-level communication to CFOs, VPs, and ISO leaders regarding adoption, performance, and business impact.

Build and develop a high-performing Pricing COE team, fostering a culture of data analytics and fact-based decision-making.

Position Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; MBA from a Tier 1 business school strongly preferred.

Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales Operations, Pricing, or Channel leadership, with at least 8 years in pricing leadership roles.

Proven track record of executive-level engagement with CFOs, VPs, and senior stakeholders.

Demonstrated team building and leadership skills, with the ability to develop talent and scale organizations.

Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills; highly detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset.

Expertise in data analysis and business intelligence tools (Excel, Power BI, Qlik).

Ability to create and sustain a culture of data-driven decision-making across teams and stakeholders.

Excellent interpersonal, executive communication, and influencing skills; entrepreneurial mindset with high self-motivation and resilience.

Expertise in server and storage technologies preferred.
