Receptionist / Recepční – full-time – permanent

WHAT YOU'LL DO​

As a member of our Reception Team, you will be the first point of contact at our new, highly automated Distribution Center (DC) in Cheb, Czechia – set to open in late 2026 and spanning nearly 250,000 sqm, making it the largest in our global network.

In this role, you will ensure a safe, professional, and welcoming environment through effective visitor management, safety compliance, and administrative coordination. You will also support emergency procedures, maintain accurate records, and collaborate across teams to uphold safety and operational efficiency. The key responsibilities include:

• Welcome and manage visitors, contractors, and employees at the DC
• Verify credentials, issue passes, and share safety guidelines
• Handle calls, emails, and general inquiries
• Conduct travel bookings and support in office management
• Maintain visitor and delivery records
• Support emergency procedures and incident reporting
• Manage safety supplies and office materials
• Help ensure alignment with security and compliance standards

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH​

You will work closely with various departments to ensure smooth administrative coordination within the DC as well as safety compliance. Your key partners will include:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general administrative tools
• Business fluency in both Czech and English
