Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL DO​

As a Team Leader at our new Distribution Center (DC) in Cheb, Karlovy Vary Region, Czechia, you will lead a high-performing team to ensure daily operational excellence.

Our state-of-the-art facility, spanning nearly 250,000 sqm and set to open in the second half of 2026, will be the largest and most highly automated DC in our global network. Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Provide leadership, direction, and organization for your team within the department, while actively monitoring and enhancing productivity
  • Guide, mentor, and empower your team to achieve high performance and continuous growth, while ensuring streamlined, cost-effective operations
  • Support the Department Manager in driving operational excellence, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and productivity
  • Drive process improvements and maintain operational standards
  • Uphold compliance with safety, HR, and governance policies

By joining us during the pre-opening phase, you will play a key role in leading the testing phase and supporting a successful launch of the Distribution Center. Your pre-opening Key Responsibilities (until Go Live) will be:

  • Participate on the operational testing phase of warehouse processes
  • Contribute to systems, workflows, and equipment testing for functionality and efficiency
  • Identify and report issues, risks, or improvement areas during testing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to follow up on testing goals and timelines
  • Support training and readiness of team members for go-live operations
  • Document testing outcomes and contribute to launch planning

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the DC. Your key partners will include:

  • Project Team
  • DC Management & Operations Teams
  • IT & Automation Teams

Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE​

We are looking for people with…

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a logistics or production environment to effectively lead operations
  • Proven leadership and ability to meet operational KPIs
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Clear communication and coordination abilities
  • Knowledge of logistics processes, product care, and inventory accuracy
  • Understanding of HR routines and workplace compliance
  • Experience with operational testing or process validation to ensure system and workflow efficiency is a plus
