Mobility Design Lead

Location: Prague, Czech Republic; #LI-Hybrid (12 days/month in office)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobility Design Lead to design, implement, and manage enterprise-level MDM solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in mobile security, device lifecycle management, and enterprise mobility strategies. You will play a key role in shaping our mobile infrastructure, ensuring secure and efficient device usage across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architecture & Design
• Design scalable, secure, and robust MDM architectures aligned with business and security requirements.
• Evaluate and recommend future roadmap and strategy for the MDM platform (Intune, Tunnel, infrastructure) and Mobility service technologies (e.g. self-service tools, reporting, monitoring).
• Design policies for device enrolment, configuration, compliance, and lifecycle management.
• Implementation & Integration
• Integrate MDM with identity and access management (IAM), endpoint detection and response (EDR), and other enterprise systems.
• Security & Compliance
• Define and enforce mobile security policies in alignment with the enterprise security architect and compliance lead.
• Develop strategy on mobile device (OS) lifecycle and compliance.
• Operations & Support
• Provide technical leadership and support for MDM-related incidents and escalations.
• Monitor system performance, conduct audits, and optimize configurations for performance and security.
• Documentation & Training
• Own and maintain architecture diagrams, SOPs, and technical documentation.
• Represent the Mobility service in strategic reviews and present service strategy and roadmap to team leads and LT.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, identify areas to bring into Novartis and improve the service.
• Train and develop Mobility operations and engineering team on policies and best practices

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or comparable experience
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise mobility or endpoint management.
• Proven experience with MDM platforms such as Microsoft Intune, Workspace ONE, or JAMF.
• Strong understanding of mobile OS platforms, networking, and security protocols.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken; strong stakeholder management skills, Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams
• Curiosity and desire to stay Up-to-date in mobile security trends and technologies.
