Position Overview:

What awaits you: 

  • Managing the entire sales cycle — from the first contact with the client to closing the deal.

  • Proactively searching for new business opportunities and building your network in the tech world. You'll also have access to our existing contact database.

  • Close collaboration with sales, delivery, and marketing team members — we believe in the power of teamwork.

  • Leading business meetings and presentations.

  • Creating and suggesting your own ideas for improving our sales processes. We know that well-designed processes are essential, so we actively maintain and adjust them to meet our long-term goals.

Who are we looking for? 
We're looking for an enthusiastic individual who is eager to develop, learn new things, and open new business opportunities. Here's what we'd love to see in you:

  • Previous experience in a similar role in the IT field is a big advantage.

  • You enjoy breaking the ice, building new relationships, and communicating with people.

  • You can listen to customers and understand their needs.

  • Experience with preparing and participating in RFPs is a plus.

  • Communication in Czech and English is not a problem for you.
