Our global Deloitte Workday practice is the implementation partner of choice for Workday's largest clients. It has been named by Workday as Global Partner of the Year 2025. In our Central European Deloitte Workday practice we are looking for high energy, committed and ambitious people who see their career in advisory and HR transformation of our clients next to technical configuration. We are designing and implementing Workday solution as well as advising on process optimization and automation by applying the newest technologies (e.g. chatbots, machine learning, and robotics), the latest HR operating models, as well as service design principles to drive real employee experience improvements.

What are we looking for in successful candidate:

• Experience as Stream Lead in end to end implementations with at least one of Workday modules: HCM Core/Compensation Core/Compensation Advanced (other modules will will be a plus)
• Experience in both accelerated (Launch) type of Workday deployments as well as traditional custom implementations (Your Way)
• Excellent professional proficiency in English;
• High communication skills, fast-learning, problem-solving, pro-active, well-adapting to change and new responsibilities.
• A proven track-record of maintaining excellent relationships with a client and experience in client-facing roles;
• Workday Implementation Partner certification in: Compensation Core/Compensation Advanced/HCM Core will be a plus;

Your future role

• Work with your Workday Implementation project team to advise client, design, configure and test best solutions in Workday;
• Support clients in an adaptation of current processes to the functionality of the system;
• Support problem-solving and providing advice on challenging topics or issues;
• Support for client leadership, managers, and employees in the implementation process;
• Conduct training and coaching to client employees as part of the implementation program
• Support other Deloitte Workday practitioners as Subject Matter Expert for Workday Compensation module.
• Contribute to Deloitte Workday practice in internal initiatives, support of pre-sales and sales activities.
