About the Role:This Key Account Manager position will be focused on Out of home segment and plays a pivotal role in driving Ferrero's growth within this channel, including petrol, convenience, horeca, and foodservice partners, focus for Ice cream development and B4Y
The position requires a unique blend of commercial drive, strategic thinking, and strong analytical skills to unlock opportunities in a dynamic, seasonal, and impulse-driven category.
The role is responsible for shaping long-term partnerships, optimizing distribution and visibility, and ensuring excellence in execution across the OOH landscape.
Main Responsibilities:Commercial Leadership & Customer Development
- Manage and develop key OOH customers and distributors (e.g. petrol networks, convenience, horeca operators, wholesalers).
- Negotiate annual commercial agreements, trade terms, listings, and activation programs.
- Build and implement Joint Business Plans aligned with Ferrero's strategy and customer growth ambitions.
- Ensure excellence in product availability, visibility, and brand execution at the point of sale.
- Manage trade spend efficiently with a focus on ROI and profitability.
Market, Data & Channel Analytics
- Analyze sell-in and sell-out performance across customers, segments, and SKUs.
- Identify gaps and growth opportunities based on consumer behavior, seasonality, and channel trends.
- Leverage analytical tools (Nielsen, Power BI, customer data) to support decision-making and investment prioritization.
- Monitor competitive activity and provide recommendations to maintain category leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver integrated commercial plans.
- Ensure alignment on product availability, promotional planning, and customer activation timelines.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to adapt Ferrero's Ice Cream strategy to local OOH market specifics.
Leadership & Project Management
- Lead selected commercial or channel projects to strengthen Ferrero's OOH route-to-market capabilities.
- Support development of junior KAMs or channel specialists through coaching and best-practice sharing.
We are looking for colleague with:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales within the FMCG industry.
- Experience in the OOH / Impulse / Petrol / Foodservice channels would be your advantage
- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills with the ability to manage complex partnerships.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data sources (Nielsen, Power BI, internal sales systems).
- Fluent in Czech and English (B2+/C1)
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Category B driving license.
