We are looking for an Expansion Manager to lead our international expansion into key markets across Western Europe and Asia. You will be at the forefront as we build our global presence—setting strategies while ensuring smooth execution of cross-border operations.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and leadership. You will be responsible for ensuring that our expansion runs quickly, efficiently, and in full compliance with local regulations.
What you'll doLead and execute expansion strategies into Western Europe, Asia, and other high-potential markets.
Monitor and implement legal and compliance requirements in each country.
Set up and optimize customs and import processes.
Identify and unlock new growth channels – local marketplaces, B2B partnerships.
Prepare and establish local entities (taxes, employment, operations).
Proven experience in international expansion or operations.
Knowledge of online marketplaces and cross-border logistics.
Leadership experience with small teams.
Familiarity with tax, legal, and compliance frameworks across different regions.
Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
