Náplní vaší práce bude řídit strategické a komplexní změny v největší české bance a to formou:

  • hybridně řízených strategických projektů
  • koordinace komplexních agilních iniciativ
  • řízení lokální implemementace celoskupinových projektů v rámci Erste Group
  • krátkodobých assignmentů s cílem zorganitovat dodání strategických cílů organizace nebo jinak leaderům jednotlivých cílů pomoci.
Budeme si rozumět, pokud:

Pro úspěšně zvládnutí role projektového managera je nutné:

  • Mít chuť věci měnit a nedržet se striktně zažitých postupů
  • Orientovat se na dodání výsledků, mít proaktivní přístup a energii překonávat překážky
  • Zvládnout projektové řemeslo (zejm. umět projekt iniciovat, řídit konkrétní dodávky a pracovat s projektovými riziky)
  • Profesionálně komunikovat a vyjednávat
  • Umět řídit vztahy se zainteresovanými stranami, budovat partnerské vztahy a dosahovat konsenzu 
  • Být schopen porozumět business obsahu v potřebném detailu, nejít jako projekt manager pouze po povrchu
  • A mít zkušenost s řízením velkých komplexních změn ve velkých firmách.

A samozřejmě je důležité, aby vás práce projektového managera bavila, bez toho si to neužijete ani vy, ani my.
