Project description/scope • Payroll processes, such as pre - and post PY -run activities • Payroll monthly controls • Taxation and finance related activities (reconciliation, accruals, etc). • Support legally required processes in close collaboration with payroll vendor • Initiate monthly salary payments in accurate and timely manner • Extract reports needed for payroll and other reports upon request • Close collaboration with FRA e.g. account reconciliation, accruals • Close collaboration with • Act as a "point of contact" person and subject matter expert for employees,leaders and people partners in Payroll related processes • Keep Up to date in regards of legal Changes • Support in payroll project Major accountabilities: - Support of local payroll team - Support sub -tasks with regard of the payroll system implementation, includingdata reconciliation / checks, define and implement processes - Close collaboration with Hire2Retire and internal Payroll team - Point of contact for external payroll vendor – providing inputs (reports) tothe vendor and working with outputs in line with internal processes andcontrols - Handling standard service requests, answer questions, resolve problems ifpossible or support problem resolution by close collaboration with next levelsupport, experts a/o payroll vendor - Handling employee's requests (in a ticketing tool) on daily basis typicallyrelated to payslips, tax discounts, payments/deductions related to benefitsa.o. - Contribute to P&O Services (payroll) projects at country or BU level Requirements What you'll bring to the role: • Relevant professional education, e.g. apprenticeship in business managementor studies (Bachelor/Master degree in HR/Accounting/ Business or related fieldis preferred) • 2 -3 years professional experience with time administration and/or payrolland/or personal administration(SSC environment is an advantage) • Excellent English spoken and written, ideally good German skills • HRIS system (SAP and Workday) knowledge and experience preferred, SAP ismust, Workday is a plus • Experience in other HR disciplines (e. g., Compensation & Benefits, HRBusiness Partner, Learning, Payroll, etc.) is an advantage - Experience in HR Operations fields Skills: - Payroll experience. - Reporting, MS Excel advanced. - HRIS (Human Resource Management System) – SAP, Workday. - HR Operations (Hr Ops) / HR Service Delivery experience. - HR Ops / Payroll projects experience. - Experience with HR ticketing tool(s). - Customer orientation. - Accuracy, detail focus. - Languages: German and excellent English
