Co bude náplní Vaší práce?

  • Kompletní zpracování objednávek – od přijetí až po expedici – s důrazem na přesnost a efektivitu.
  • Administrativní podpora manažerů (dokumentace, reporting, koordinace).
  • Komunikace se zákazníky, řešení dotazů a případných problémů spojených s objednávkami, dodávkami či službami.
  • Spolupráce s logistikou, obchodem a dalšími odděleními pro zajištění hladkého chodu procesů.

Jaké znalosti a dovednosti budete potřebovat?

  • Minimálně 2 roky relevantní administrativní praxe.
  • Skvělé komunikační schopnosti a orientaci na zákazníka.
  • Výborné organizační schopnosti a pečlivost v práci s dokumentací i objednávkami.
  • Schopnost řešit problémy a hledat efektivní řešení.
  • Týmového ducha a ochotu spolupracovat napříč odděleními.
  • Flexibilitu a odolnost vůči rychlému pracovnímu tempu.
  • Čeština minimálně na úrovni C1 a aktivní znalost angličtiny minimálně na úrovni B2
  • Pokročilou znalost MS Office, zejména Excelu a MS Teams.
  • Zkušenost se systémem SAP velkou výhodou.
