Business Development Representative

As the first point of contact for prospects, you'll work with leading e-commerce clients as part of an experienced sales team. Your main focus is identifying, contacting, and engaging potential customers to move them through the sales funnel toward Account Executives, while also joining initial meetings to learn from senior colleagues. You'll be part of a fast-growing SaaS company, selling a world-class search solution recognized by Gartner and G2.
What you'll be doing- You will focus on researching, prospecting and generating new business opportunities in the CZ/SK market.
- Engage new leads and move them further down the sales funnel.
- Generate a steady flow of leads for Account Executives.
- Calling/ emailing/ social outreach to prospects, decision-makers, C-level to secure meetings with relevant e-commerce accounts.
- Prepare outreach emails that grab attention, use effective sales arguments and CTAs that are to the point and will attract the customer to calls and meetings.
- Listen to the prospect's business needs and explain Luigi's Box's added value.
- Participate at the first meetings and learn from the seniors.
- Work with your sales team to develop a strong outbound customer acquisition strategy, support campaigns.
- Use effectively BDR tools, keep our CRM data sound (Sales Navigator, Hubspot, Salesloft, Apollo, Lusha and others).

Must-haves:
- Professional and mature communication.
- Eagerness to learn and keen on tech sales, even when coming from a different field.
- Persistent, inventive, and pursuing new ideas.
- Team player.
- Positive and energetic on the phone, excellent listening skills.
- Creativity in outbound prospecting - ability to quickly iterate on what works and what doesn't.
- Disciplined and organised to achieve your sales targets.
- You speak native Czech or Slovak language.
- English (B2) - even though you will look after our domestic markets, our company language is English.
Nice-to-haves:
- Previous experience in business development role or related experience required.
- Retail/ecommerce sector knowledge, either through work or just being out there.
- Experience in prospecting and outreach methods.
- Familiarity with Hubspot, or sales automation tools, e.g. Salesloft, Outreach.
- Another European language is an advantage.
