As an international company with more than 50 years of experience and more than installed waterjet and abrasive waterjet systems Flow is the world leader in development, manufacture and sales of ultrahigh- pressure (UHP) waterjet technology, fiber laser and press brakes.

We are looking for the following person in Eastern Europe (EE): REGIONAL BUSINESS MANAGER EE (m/f/d)

MAIN TASKS:

  • Responsible for the achievement of sales Targets, revenue and gross margin in the region.
  • Actively win, retain and grow the business in Eastern Europe region
  • Manage, support and expand the local sales network including agents and finders.
  • Managing existing customers and developing new business in target industries
  • Competently advise customers and train sales partners on products and applications of the technology
  • Independently negotiate with customers within corporate guidelines
  • Majority of working time spent on visiting customers
  • Sales analyses and planning in cooperation with marketing
  • Provide regular reporting and strategic insights to senior management

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Process or Industrial Engineering or related technical disciplines/ equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years experience in selling machine tools (cutting technologies preferred)
  • Understanding of product specifications, product processes and cutting technologies in various applications
  • Entrepreneurial skill and ability to work in a team and independently
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Fluency in Czech, Russian and English, additional Eastern European languages are a strong asset
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the region
