Co tě u nás čeká?

  • Nábor strategických a specializovaných rolí napříč skupinou Direct – finance, právo, marketing, startupy (Fondee, Direct Investments) a další
  • End-to-end nábor od zadání až po finální výběr – aktivní sourcing, vedení pohovorů, feedback
  • Headhunting na LinkedInu – chceme být soběstační a nespoléhat se na personálky
  • Práce s psychodiagnostikou – podle potřeby jako součást výběrového procesu
  • Nábor s důrazem na kvalitu – umět si vybrat to nejlepší z velkého množství kandidátů
  • Spolupráce s Recruitisem a dalšími nástroji pro efektivní nábor
  • Úzká spolupráce s hiring manažery a leadershipem – budeš jejich strategickým partnerem
  • Možnost ovlivnit celý TA přístup – přinášet nové nápady, pracovat s brandem, kanály i daty

Jak si tě představujeme?

  • Máš zkušenost s interním náborem a víš, jaké to je být v roli partnera pro byznys
  • Umíš si poradit se sourcingem i náročnějšími rolemi – přirozeně hledáš cesty, jak zaujmout kandidáty
  • Práce s psychodiagnostikou ti není cizí, nebo se ji chceš naučit – bereme to jako výhodu
  • Angličtinu teď aktivně nepotřebujeme, ale v budoucnu očekáváme, že zvládneš vést pohovory v AJ
  • Přemýšlíš strategicky, ale zvládáš i exekuci – víš, kdy co pustit a kdy naopak přitlačit
  • Umíš pracovat samostatně, ale nejsi sólista a víš, že je to vždy o partnerském přístupu
