DigitalExchange s.r.o., a Czech fintech and registered VASP, is on the path to securing a CASP license under the EU's MiCA regulation. We're dedicated to upholding the highest AML/CFT standards across all operations.

We're looking for an experienced MLRO to lead our AML/CFT efforts and ensure strict compliance at every level.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and maintain AML/CFT policies aligned with Czech AML Act and MiCA.
  • Act as the primary liaison with Czech National Bank (ČNB) and regulators.
  • Oversee customer due diligence (CDD/EDD) and monitor transactions for suspicious activity.
  • Manage reporting of Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs).
  • Provide AML/CFT guidance across the company.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Deliver company-wide AML/CFT training.
  • Stay ahead of regulatory changes, especially for crypto and virtual assets.
  • Collaborate closely with the Chief Compliance Officer and other teams.
  • Ensure meticulous AML record-keeping for regulatory reviews.

What we're looking for:

  • Residency in the Czech Republic (mandatory).
  • Proven AML/CFT experience, ideally in fintech or virtual assets.
  • Strong knowledge of crypto assets, blockchain, and risk indicators.
  • Relevant financial qualifications and AML certifications (CAMS, ICA, ACAMS) preferred.
  • Eligible for MLRO registration with Czech regulators.
  • Fluent in Czech and English.
  • Deep understanding of Czech and EU AML/CFT legislation including MiCA.
  • Analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and integrity.
  • Ability to thrive independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
