ABOUT THE ROLE AND THE TEAM 

To assist in the ongoing administration of the Corporate Services functions so as to ensure a safe secure & suitable ''Office Working Environment'' is provided at all times in facilities under they responsibilities scope.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Support the smooth running of office services such as reception, mail, courier, meeting rooms, and access systems.

Coordinate with facilities and maintenance suppliers to make sure services are delivered as agreed.

Keep office layouts, employee locations, and inventories up to date in our facilities system.

Assist with small facilities projects as assigned by the Facilities Manager.

Track and report key facilities metrics to management.

Help control office costs by monitoring supplies and utilities.

Ensure Health, Safety & Security rules are followed and SITA standards are applied.

Escalate and respond to HS&S issues in line with local regulations.

Qualifications

ABOUT YOUR SKILLS: 

3–5 years of experience in facilities, office coordination, or a similar role in an international company.

Good understanding of Health & Safety rules and how to apply them in daily operations.

Strong communication skills in Czech and English (C1 level).

Experience coordinating suppliers and keeping office services running smoothly.

Organized, hands-on, and comfortable managing several tasks at once.

A team player who enjoys creating a safe and well-functioning workplace.
