Co tě u nás čeká?
  • Testování, příprava síťových produktů, spolupráce na kompletaci dodávek s logistickým oddělením.
  • Poprodejní podpora zákazníků - řešení technických problémů v rámci ServiceDesku, servisní zásahy, instalace a implementace síťových zařízení u zákazníka.
  • Příprava laboratorních úloh pro školení. Správa Cisco majetku společnosti.
  • Výpomoc s IT společnosti.

Výhledově po zapracování

  • Presales engineer – výpomoc obchodu při sjednávání nových obchodních případů v oblasti managed services
  • Dedikovaný technik pro vybrané VIP zákazníky
  • Školitel Cisco kurzů + příprava laboratorních úloh pro školení
  • Technický support zákazníků - poprodejní podpora zákazníků (řešení složitějších technických ticketů, zajišťování komunikace s Cisco TAC)
  • Servisní technik – držení servisních pohovotostí a troubleshooting incidentů s vysokou prioritou
Co bys měl umět a znát?
  • SŠ nebo VŠ technického oboru
  • Zájem o sebevzdělávání a odborný růst
  • Vhodné pro absolventy
  • Schopnost samostatné i týmové práce.
  • Znalost českého jazyka na úrovni rodilý mluvčí, znalost anglického jazyka na středně pokročilé úrovni.
