AI Expert (Senior/Techlead)

Looking for a highly motivated environment where you can drive digital transformation from idea through process to implementation? Become part of xitee & ]init[ and support us as a Senior AI Developer.

Job Description:

• You will be responsible for training, optimizing, fine-tuning, and deploying AI models for exciting projects with social relevance
• You will integrate our AI applications at the customer's site – regardless of the platform or environment.
• You develop and maintain backend services for various AI solutions and processing pipelines in NLP
• You create NLP pipelines for various use cases
• With your passion for AI, you stay up to date and drive our innovations forward

Requirements:

• Experience in team management
• Python skills and extensive experience in developing microservices
• You are familiar with common AI and NLP frameworks (e.g., Langchain) and AI models such as LLMs (OpenAI, LLama 2), bi-encoders (embedding models), and cross-encoders
• You have experience in data processing and analysis using libraries such as Pandas, Numpy, and Matplotlib
• You are also a pro at prompting, vector embeddings, and fine-tuning (embedding) models
• Very good English skills
