Náplň práce:
  • Zodpovědnost za svěřené portfolio značek (upevňování positioningu značek, příprava a implementace brand plánů značek, tvorba marketingové komunikace, vývoj a uvádění nových výrobků na trh)
  • Úzká spolupráce s ostatními odděleními napříč firmou jako například s týmem grafiků, kodérů a produktovým Aktivní spolupráce s externími agenturami
  • Komunikace s centrálou společnosti
  • Monitoring trhu a kategorií, analýza dat, vyhledávání příležitostí pro další rozvoj značky
  • Vyhodnocovat marketingové aktivity a hlídat plynulý průběh projektů, případně nastavovat nové procesy a směry marketingové komunikace
  • Plánovat marketingové aktivity, nastavovat marketingovou strategii
  • Práce se svěřeným marketingovým rozpočtem a odpovědnost za něj
Požadujeme:
  • SŠ vzdělání
  • Min. 2 roky zkušeností na obdobné pozici v oblasti marketingu/brand managementu ve farmaceutickém odvětví
  • Anglický jazyk na komunikativní úrovni - komunikace s matkou společnosti
  • Praxi v oblasti online marketingu, chuť neustále pracovat na svém odborném a osobnostním růstu
  • Přehled v oblasti trendů a nástrojů
  • Znalost MS Office
  • Výborné organizační a komunikační schopnosti
  • Zodpovědnost a samostatnost
