As a People Specialist (fluent in Czech and English language): -

1. PURPOSE OF ROLE

• To be responsible for entering and correcting of data into internal people systems
• To maintain and consult employees on Employee benefits
• To participate in People related projects (e.g. Workday)
• To be a SPOC for the Contact model
• To monitor and track data in systems, provide optimum insights for process and product improvements and for improvement of employee experience
• Run the services and deliver on SLAs and Net Promotor Score (Employee Satisfaction).

2. ACCOUNTABILITIES

The key accountabilities for this role include but are not restricted to:

Admin

Collect and maintain file documentation related to the employment (school certificates, pension fund papers, health insurance etc.)

Responsible for enter and maintenance personal data in local payroll system on time

Preparation of confirmation (employment, income)

Archiving of the contracts

Internal trainings / presentation

Delivering the newcomers presentation on the induction training

Any other training/workshop linked to the responsibilities

Labour law

Keep contact with managers and employees, answer to their questions related to employment, social or labour code issues.

Internal policies – working regulation, holiday & attendance policy

Termination

Coordinate and administer termination process

Collect termination documents / leaving documents

Leavers tracker

Reporting

Newcomers tracker

Exit / leavers tracker

Update of all internal files

Adhoc reports

Work permit / Visa (for local employees)

Ad-hoc Support of relocation specialist where required

Employee benefits

Administration of benefits – checking of eligibility, organization, orders, distribution

Internal communication on EB

Cafeteria system

Contact model

Traffic management of upcoming requests

Analysis of employee satisfaction and improvement of employee experience related to relevant contact model and data

Continuous improvement of products/processes in scope

SPOC for CZ Contact Model
