Strategy & Operations Specialist

We are looking for an analytical and solutions-driven Strategy & Operations Specialist to help us grow our ride-hailing operations in Czech Republic

About the role

As a Strategy & Operations Specialist, you will have a direct and tangible impact on local operations that you can see in real-time. If you're ready to take full ownership of your work, disrupt the marketplace, and shape movement patterns in the urban landscape - here's your chance

You will be relying on relevant data to form business insights, spot potential for development and recommend changes in the business in order to manage and grow supply and demand for our ride-hailing operations in Czechia, working closely with other cross-functional/HQ stakeholders to support our mission.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Managing and supporting operations projects by defining precise local operational processes, with a focus on strong operational execution and results, always having our stakeholders in mind.
• Developing strategies to strengthen the driver's value proposition, to grow our supply base, performance, and retention continually.
• Analyzing data – you will be monitoring supply metrics to ensure marketplace health and act upon insights.
• Identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities on a local level that may impact the business.
• Advising and closely collaborating with HQ teams such as Product, Legal or Marketing to develop and execute key initiatives that drive growth and efficiency.
• Taking ownership of Bolt's growth by ensuring both local operations and HQ teams support and collaborate actively with each other to meet business goals.

About you:

• You have a data-driven mindset and you approach problems methodically.
• You have graduated from university or are finishing it at the moment.
• You are a strong collaborator with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Czech.
• You are skilled in data analysis using tools like Excel/Google Sheets, with nice-to-haves like Looker and/or Tableau.
• You can manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, staying well-organized and meeting deadlines.
• You are solution-oriented and possess a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in your work.
