Hledáme spolehlivého kolegu/kolegyni pro administrativní a koordinační podporu obchodních procesů.
Co vás u nás čeká:
- Kontrola a zpracování smluvních dokumentů a požadavků v interních systémech
- Evidence a kontrola dat v koncových systémech
- Komunikace s obchodními zástupci a partnerskými bankami
- Zajištění úprav údajů u stávajících klientů - obchodníků dle přesně stanovených pravidel
- Plnění interních časových standardů a závazků dle smluvních ujednání
- Aktivní spolupráce napříč odděleními a podpora plynulého chodu firmy
Bez čeho se neobejdete:
- SŠ vzdělání
- Smysl pro detail, schopnost plánování a systematický přístup
- Samostatnost, důslednost a zodpovědnost
- Znalost MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, internet)
- Orientace na zákazníka a ochota ke spolupráci
- Komunikativní angličtina (slovem i písmem)
- Přirozeně vstřícný, ale asertivní přístup k řešení úkolů
