Recepční v mezinárodní advokátní kanceláři

Na pozici RECEPČNÍ budete prvním kontaktem v naší advokátní kanceláři a budete mít na starost:


•    Zajištění hladkého chodu recepce.

•    Přijímání a ohlašování hostů.

•    Přijímání a předávání vzkazů, vyřizování telefonických hovorů.

•    Zajištění konferenčních místností, objednávání občerstvení na jednání.

•    Podpora při přípravě různých obchodních jednání a klientských akcí.

•    Zajištění čistoty a fungování kuchyněk v celé budově.

•    Zajišťování ubytování, taxi, různých typů rezervací.

•    Administrativní úkony dle zadání.

•    Schopnost profesionálně a zdvořile uvítat hosty.

•    Vynikající mezilidské, komunikační a organizační schopnosti.

•    Vlastní pozitivní motivaci k práci.

•    Spolehlivost a asertivní přístup.

•    Vynikající schopnosti náslechu při telefonických rozhovorech.

•    Schopnost operativně řešit problémy.

•    IT dovednosti (MS Office, tisk, kopírování, skenování, transfer tlf. hovorů, atd.).

•    Výbornou znalost anglického a českého jazyka, další jazyk je výhodou.

•    Ochotu se učit nové věci a pracovat pod stresem.
