Our Team

We are the Talent Acquisition team supporting the company's growth across regions. We are looking for an experienced TA Specialist who can run complex recruitment projects and bring a strategic perspective to talent acquisition.

Who Are We Looking For?

  • 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in logistics, FMCG, or similar industries.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of Behavioral/STAR interview methodology.
  • Excellent command of Czech and English; additional languages (HU, PL, RO) are a strong advantage.
  • Background as a recruiter/HR professional or education in HR.

What Will You Be Responsible For?

  • Leading end-to-end recruitment processes for key positions.
  • Active direct search (LinkedIn Recruiter, networking).
  • Collaborating with hiring managers on defining requirements and recruitment strategy.
  • Conducting interviews using the Behavioral/STAR methodology.
  • Reporting, ATS management, and process optimisation.
  • Mentoring junior colleagues
