In Prague, within our Industrial vertical, we're looking for a professional to strengthen our sales and business development team. Your role will be to grow our automotive business by selling cutting-edge software and IT services. You'll use your industry know-how and contacts to craft custom proposals, win new deals, and drive our next phase of expansion.
This is you
- You have 10+ years as a Senior Key Account or Business Development Manager in selling software products and delivering IT services
- You bring proven track record selling software and IT services into the automotive segment
- You already have strong contacts and network within automotive clients
- You excel at building trust, listening actively, and uncovering hidden opportunities
- You are highly results-driven with a "hunter" mentality
- You're an outstanding communicator and negotiator in Czech and English
This is your role
- Drive the end-to-end sales of custom software solutions and IT services for our automotive clients
- In cooperation with technical specialists, you will create offers for customers, present them and supervise their implementation from a business point of view
- Understand client needs and proactively identify new business opportunities
- Prepare tailored proposals and deliver compelling presentations
- Negotiate commercial terms
- Oversee successful project handovers, ensuring delivery meets scope, budget and timeline
- Coordinate closely with our internal project teams and client counterparts
- Continuously map and pursue upsell or cross-sell opportunities throughout each engagement
