Hledáme parťáka či parťačku, který/á nám pomůže posouvat business na základě našich marketingových dat zas o kus dál. Co budeš dělat:
  • Analýza a insighty - Proaktivně
analyzovat výkon marketingových kampaní napříč kanály za účelem identifikace faktorů ovlivňujících výkon, anomálií a oblastí pro optimalizaci - Poskytovat managementu jasná doporučení podložená daty pro zlepšení alokace výdajů, struktury kampaní, funnelů a konverzních poměrů - Definovat, spravovat a analyzovat marketingové atribuční modely pro přesné měření výkonu kanálů, inkrementálního přínosu a návratnosti marketingových investic (ROI). - Pravidelně ověřovat konzistenci a přesnost dat v platformách. - Vybudovat si hluboké porozumění obchodnímu/akvizičnímu procesu a dlouhodobé hodnotě zákazníka, aby byly analýzy v souladu se strategickými cíli.Reporting a dashboardy - Vytvářet, udržovat a vylepšovat automatizované dashboardy v nástrojích jako BloomReach a Databricks pro vizualizaci KPI.Optimalizace a experimentování - Podporovat A/B testování a iniciativy v oblasti optimalizace konverzního poměru (CRO).Spolupráce a ownership - Převzít plnou zodpovědnost za reporting marketingových dat. - Spolupracovat s interními týmy (marketing, vývoj, operations) a externími agenturami na sjednocení měření, reportingu a výkonu kampaní. - Udržovat dokumentaci měření, vymáhat dodržování konvencí pojmenování a zajistit konzistentní měření napříč trhy. Co budeš potřebovat:
  • 3+ roky zkušeností na pozici marketingového analytika, webového analytika nebo v podobné roli zaměřené na analýzu dat.
  • Pokročilou znalost používání a interpretace dat z Google Analytics.
  • Zručnost ve vizualizaci dat a tvorbě dynamických dashboardů pomocí nástrojů jako BloomReach nebo Databricks.
  • Silné analytické schopnosti s pevným pochopením marketingových atribučních modelů a digitálních marketingových KPI.
  • Základní znalost Pythonu, SQL a NoSQL (používáme MongoDB).
  • Velký důraz na detail s proaktivním přístupem k řešení problémů zaměřeným na přesnost dat.
  • Vynikající komunikační a prezentační dovednosti se schopností formulovat složité datové poznatky netechnickým obchodním stakeholderům.
Výhodou určitě bude:Znalost konceptů Marketing Mix Modeling.Porozumění ekonometrii nebo validaci statistických modelů.Zkušenosti s nástroji jako BeMob, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot. ZAUJALI JSME TVOU POZORNOST?
