O čem tato role je?
V rámci MOL ČR budeš řídit a rozvíjet svěřené kategorie nepalivového zboží. Tvým cílem bude maximalizovat hodnotu, ziskovost a spotřebitelskou atraktivitu těchto kategorií. Staneš se součástí Offer týmu MOL Česká republika a budeš úzce spolupracovat s dalšími klíčovými odděleními.
Co tě u nás čeká?
Správa a optimalizace nákupu svěřených kategorií nepalivového zboží.
Výběrová řízení na dodavatele, vyjednávání nákupních podmínek a smluv.
Řízení klíčových ukazatelů v jednotlivých kategoriích
Plánování, realizace a vyhodnocování promočních aktivit.
Správné nastavení informací o produktech v systému.
Monitoring trhu a sdílení poznatků pro růst tržeb a ziskovosti.

Praxe na pozici produktového specialisty/nákupčího.
Skvělá orientace na trhu FMCG
Pokročilá znalost angličtiny (komunikace s centrálou v Maďarsku).
Výborná znalost MS Excel – budeš pracovat s cenotvorbou a analýzami.
Schopnost vyjednávat a komunikovat s dodavateli.
Řidičský průkaz sk. B – občas tě čekají cesty na čerpací stanice.
