We are electronic-vigntte . cz – a specialized digital company that helps millions of motorists from Europe and around the world easily obtain electronic vignettes for traveling on Czech highways. Our online platform provides fast and convenient e-vignette processing without the need to stick physical stickers on windshields.

We offer a complete range of vignettes for the Czech Republic: 1-day, 10-day, 30-day, and annual vignettes, making travel on Czech motorways as comfortable as possible for our customers.

To expand our technical infrastructure, we are looking for an experienced (Senior) IT System Administrator for Helpdesk, Support and Managed Services to join our team.

Tasks
  • IT Support & Helpdesk: Provide Level 1-3 technical support for internal teams and external customers of our digital platform
  • System Administration: Manage and maintain Windows and Linux servers, cloud infrastructures (AWS/Azure), and virtual environments
  • Managed Services: Proactive monitoring and management of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and applications
  • Incident Management: Rapid diagnosis and resolution of technical issues to ensure 24/7 availability of our e-vignette platform
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles
  • Security: Implement and monitor security policies, backup strategies, and disaster recovery plans
  • Automation: Develop and implement automated solutions to optimize recurring IT processes
Requirements
  • Education: Completed IT education or university degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or comparable qualification
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT support, system administration, or managed services, preferably in e-commerce or digital services
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), cloud platforms, and network technologies
  • Monitoring & Tools: Experience with IT monitoring tools, ticketing systems, remote support software, and ITSM frameworks (ITIL)
  • Problem-solving: Analytical mindset and structured approach to troubleshooting in complex IT environments
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills and customer orientation in direct support contact
  • Languages: Fluency in Czech and English; knowledge of German would be an advantage
  • Availability: Willingness for on-call duties and occasional weekend/evening work
