Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Learning Systems Administrator to manage and optimize our enablement technology portfolio. This role focuses on ensuring our customer-facing and channel teams have access to seamless, engaging, and impactful learning experiences that drive onboarding, upskilling, and long-term success.

About the Team

The Growth Enablement team designs and delivers training programs that equip our customer-facing teams and partners with the knowledge and skills needed to position and sell Rapid7 solutions confidently.

About the Role

As a Learning Systems Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to manage and evolve the functionality of our learning platforms and enablement tools to support impactful learning and operational excellence. Specifically, your focus will be to:

  • Lead day-to-day operations and maintenance of the LMS, including permissions, groups, and templates
  • Maintain standardized documentation and SLAs on LMS processes and governance
  • Partner with content contributors to support content management best practices
  • Generate reports and analyze data to measure program impact and engagement
  • Manage technology vendor relationships and align with cross-functional teams on system enhancements
  • Develop and maintain documentation such as workflows, guides, and process maps
  • Train internal users on enablement tools and their responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities to enhance learner experience through platform configuration and UX design
  • Evaluate potential enablement technologies, including AI-based learning and content creation tools
  • Support learner communications and engagement initiatives to increase awareness and participation

The skills and qualities you'll bring include:

  • Proven experience working with enablement or learning platforms (LMS) in an admin or power-user role (HighSpot and/or SkillJar experience a plus)
  • Strong project management and collaboration skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Data analysis skills with the ability to extract insights and communicate findings effectively
  • Customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering excellent learner experiences
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and managing stakeholder expectations
  • Proficiency with reporting, documentation, and workflow design
  • Adaptability to evolving business needs and ability to pivot quickly
  • Bonus: exposure to learning experience design (LxD), UX principles, or digital content strategy
