CRM kanály (emailing, mobilní push notifikace a SMS) jsou pro nás klíčové při budování vztahu se stávajícími i potenciálními zákazníky. V posledních letech jsme prošli změnou nástroje, uplynulé měsíce věnovali jeho správnému nastavení – a teď je ten správný čas posunout se dál: k pokročilé automatizaci, segmentaci a strategickému rozvoji.

Budeš mít prostor ovlivnit strategii, ale zároveň očekáváme hands-on přístup – od tvorby copy až po nastavování kampaní a jejich vyhodnocování.

Co od tebe potřebujeme:

  • Zkušenost s mailingem pro ecommerce (velké plus)
  • Zkušenost s automatizovanými scénáři a A/B testováním a optimalizací.
  • Cit pro copywriting, kreativita
  • Orientace v reportingu a schopnost činit rozhodnutí na základě dat.
  • Práce s KPI jako open rate, CTR, CVR, unsubscribe rate, revenue per email, atd.
  • Angličtina (psaná i mluvená), perfektní čeština
  • Znalost HTML pro emaily (alespoň základní úroveň).

Co u nás budeš dělat:

  • Tvořit mailingové strategie z hlediska obsahu, segmentace.
  • Realizovat emailové rozesílky a push kampaně a pak je vyhodnocovat.
  • A/B testování, navrhovat změny a jejich realizace.
  • Spolutvořit automatizované scénáře
  • Rozvíjet celý CRM kanál ve spolupráci s Lenkou.

Jaké projekty nás čekají v roce 2026:

  • Zvýšení podílu automatizovaných scénářů na celkovém emailingovém revenue o 50 %.
  • Minimalizace manuální práce pomocí automatizace.
  • Nastavení pokročilého reportingu.
  • Lokalizace komunikace na klíčových trzích (Francie, Ukrajina, Polsko) ve spolupráci s našimi místními Country Managery.
  • Revize loyalty programu a pokročilá segmentace databáze.
