As a CRM Specialist, you will provide digital campaign support for our brands and be responsible for post-campaign analysis of digital channels such as email, websites and SMS. You will track KPIs, visualize trends, and provide recommendations to the team and business stakeholders.
What will you be doing:
- Supporting brands into consumer and campaign insights and delivering post-campaign analysis (CRM results and metrics from the Braze platform)
- Understand, review and learn existing business processes to drive standardization and efficiency
- Providing trainings/handovers to internal stakeholders on onboardings and general digital capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with BSC standards, AB InBev policies and European GDPR.
- Proactive monitoring and reporting on team's KPI.
- Help lead project improvements connected to digital transformation.
- Execution of CRM activities by executing B2B and B2C email CRM campaigns by working together with and adding value to the marketing and Internal Digital Consumer Team
What you will bring:
- Fluency in English, French or Dutch is an advantage.
- 1 year minimum in use of marketing automation technologies is an advantage
- Knowledge of MS Office applications: especially Excel, PowerPoint. Experience in Braze, Google Analytics, Treasure Data, PowerBI, HTML is an advantage 
- Excellent communication skills to foster productive relationships with diverse stakeholders, and proficient in aligning their interests with organizational objectives to drive successful outcomes
