Jakou pozici nabízíme?

Hledáme flexibilního a motivovaného brigádníka, který posílí náš tým zákaznické péče a pomůže nám zajistit maximální standard zákaznických služeb. Na této pozici budeš hlavní spojkou mezi klientem, výrobou a produktovým týmem tak, aby měl každý klient všechny potřebné informace ke svému šperku.

Tvojí hlavní pracovní náplní práce bude:

  • Telefonická a písemná komunikace s klienty,

  • Potvrzování objednávek klientům - telefonicky nebo emailem, jak bude zákazníkům milejší,

  • Následné zpracování objednávek - hlídání deadlinu výroby šperků, řešení případných změn objednávek, předávání aktuálních informací klientům,
  • Zajištění servisu v rámci ponákupního servisu - řešení reklamací a oprav, úpravy velikostí prstenů a další úpravy šperků,
  • Veškeré související administrativní úkoly - práce s objednávkovým systém v naší webové administraci a dalšími nástroji, tabulky a formuláři.

Kancelář na tebe čeká v samém centru Prahy. Počítáme s tebou dlouhodobě a na part time. Nástup je možný ihned nebo dle domluvy.
