O nás

Winshape je německá značka sportovního oblečení pro ženy, která od roku 2011 propojuje fitness a módu. Naším cílem je přinášet stylové a pohodlné kousky z prémiových materiálů, ve kterých se ženy cítí výjimečně každý den.

Nyní hledáme posilu, která nám pomůže rozvíjet influencer marketing a posunout naši značku ještě blíže k zákaznicím.

Co bude tvým úkolem?

  • vyhledávat a oslovovat influencery (hlavně v DE, AT, CH, případně i v dalších evropských zemích),
  • komunikovat s nimi a budovat dlouhodobé vztahy,
  • vyjednávat spolupráce (obsah, odměna, podmínky),
  • koordinovat průběh spolupráce až po schválení výstupů (video, fotky, reels, TikTok…),
  • spolupracovat také na affiliate marketingu (TikTok Shop, Meta),
  • oslovovat influencery autenticky a osobně – hledáme někoho, kdo se dokáže nadchnout pro značku a vybere lidi, kteří se k ní přirozeně hodí.

Koho hledáme?

  • zkušenosti nejsou nutné – důležitá je motivace a chuť učit se,
  • výhodou je, pokud máš už zkušenosti s influencer marketingem nebo vyjednáváním spoluprací,
  • angličtina je nutná, znalost němčiny je velkou výhodou,
  • samostatnost, zodpovědnost a schopnost pracovat online,
  • pozice je vhodná i pro studenty VŠ nebo maminky na mateřské.
