Finance Operations Associate
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Operations Associate to join our Procure-to-Pay team in Regional Payment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of various payment tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and ensure all payment activities are processed according to standard processes within GFSS responsibility, including regular payment runs, exceptional payments, payment forecasts, direct debits/standing orders, customer reimbursement, and internal bank transfers.
- Drive standardization and simplification of in-scope company codes, delivering efficiency and quality improvements of payment-related operations.
- Prepare payment-related reports, documentation, and period-end delivery for both internal and external purposes for all company codes in scope.
- Ensure that operated processes and internal controls are SOX compliant and tax and legally compliant for company codes in scope.
- Identify and support continuous payment process improvement opportunities.
- Update the Global Payment Process Handbook in cooperation with Subject Matter Expert and Process Manager.
- Contribute to the success of our team and its development.
Requirements:
- Business or accounting background is an advantage.
- Good written and spoken English is required.
