Job Description:
Joining HPE in a graduate role presents an exciting opportunity for a motivated, forward-thinking, and analytical individual to evolve alongside us and contribute to our ongoing global success. You will become part of a dynamic, multicultural team that will guide you through the graduate program, fostering your growth, development, and achievements.
Start Date: September 2024
Location: Prague
What you'll do:
- Support team members in making impactful business decisions on strategy and pricing
- Aid in managing a sales collateral portal to ensure easy access to relevant information for selling HPE products
- Provide assistance with sales/business contracts
- Offer quoting support for sales leaders and customers while meeting customer requirements
- Monitor contract deadlines to ensure timely completion
- Identify and address customer issues and inquiries proactively, creating solutions to meet customer needs
What you'll need:
- Completed Bachelor's/Master's degree in 2023 or 2024 focusing on business analytics, data analysis, economics, or related fields
- Up to 12 months of relevant experience
- Proficient in English and Czech languages for effective verbal and written communication
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and planning abilities
- Interest in pursuing a sales career
- Skilled at building relationships across different levels and engaging in solution-oriented discussions
