  • Experience: 3+ years in sales or business development, preferably in IT.
  • Proven lead generator: experience in building relationships and converting leads into clients.
  • Strong communicator: you’re comfortable talking to decision-makers and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Results-driven: you’re motivated by targets and KPIs.
  • Tech-savvy: you have an understanding of the software development process.
  • Self-sufficient: you can work independently and manage your time effectively.

  • Experience in the software development industry or a technical background.
  • Existing network of contacts in the tech industry or relevant sectors.
  • Experience in creating outreach strategies.
  • Experience in closing deals.
  • Experience in digital marketing or using social media for lead generation.
