Our requirements
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in CRM / direct marketing campaign setup and optimization (email, SMS, push)
  • Send-out / marketing automation tools acquaintance (i.e. SARE, SalesManago, FreshMail, Emarsys) - prior familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud would be a plus
  • Ability to design logical multi-channel campaign flows (with business and technology in mind)
  • Knowledge about the segmentation/targeting techniques, customer journey, lifecycle, and value management
  • Very high affinity for numbers and interest in analytical customer analysis
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and take ownership of results
  • Attention to detail, project management skills, and experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, as well as conceptual thinking and organized work
  • Capability to form and maintain good working relationships with global and local partners, as well as internal clients
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably Business Marketing / Digital or similar
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Polish
