Náplň práce:

We’re looking for a friendly and proactive Remote Executive Assistant to help us stay organized and keep things running smoothly. In this role, you’ll manage schedules, support remote teams, and handle day-to-day admin tasks. You’ll also assist our executives with travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and organizing trip schedules. Since we operate globally, some flexibility with time zones will be important. This full-time role is flexible and a great fit for fresh graduates or those on parental leave looking for a new opportunity.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Administrative Support: 

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and schedules. 

  • Keep remote teams connected and on track. 

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and emails. 

  • Arrange travel plans, including flights, hotels, and itineraries. 

  • Provide support to executives during their business trips. 

  • Take care of general admin tasks to ensure everything runs smoothly. 

  • Handle tasks related to finance, HR, and legal documentation. 

  • Provide general administrative support to the members of the core team as needed. 

  • Personal Assistance: 

  • Assist the CEO with ad hoc personal tasks on an as-needed basis. 

  • Company Operations: 

  • Handle logistics and operational tasks essential for supporting a fully remote company, such as: 

  • Visiting the postal office. 

  • Coordinating the shipment of company equipment (e.g., PCs) to remote team members. 

  • Picking up or delivering items when needed. 

  • Oversee logistics-related projects under the Operations Manager’s supervision. 

  • Process Improvements: 

  • Support the Operations Manager with tasks aimed at improving company processes and efficiency. 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Languages: Fluent in English and Czech (C1 level or higher). 

  • Experience: Previous experience supporting remote teams is a plus. 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field like administration or finance is a plus. 

Skills:  

  • Strong communicator, organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. 

  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). 

  • Experience with JIRA is a plus. 

  • Driver’s License: Not required but nice to have. 

  • Flexibility: Comfortable working across time zones when needed. 

  • Work Permission: The candidate must have permission to work in the Czech Republic.

  • Flexible full-time contract. 

  • Competitive compensation: 40,000–45,000 CZK gross per month, based on experience.
