Jako naše nová posila na pozici Accounts Payable Specialist budeš zodpovídat za v Notinu, budeš spolupracovat napříč oddělením financí a zajišťovat správnost zadaných dat. Co Tě u nás čeká?
  • Budeš zajišťovat každodenní finanční operace a starat se o bezproblémové provádění platebních toků a transakcí.
  • Čeká tě spolupráce napříč financemi ohledně finančních výkazů a předpisů.
  • Budeš kontrolovat účetní záznamy, bankovní vklady a další podklady s cílem zajistit jejich přesnost a úplnost.
  • Zpracování příchozích faktur, dobropisů a upomínek.
  • Komunikace ohledně fakturace, plateb, řešení nepřesností.
  • Zpracování reportů na denní/týdenní/měsíční bázi.
  • Sledování rozpočtů a hlášení odchylek nadřízenému.

  • Potřebuješ vynikající znalosti v rámci všech procesů AP, ale také v rámci financí obecně.
  • Neměly by Ti chybět zkušenosti v oblasti AP, ideálně z velké mezinárodní společnosti.
  • Máš analytické myšlení a skvělé porozumění finančním procesům.
  • Vynikající komunikační dovednosti se schopností dobře spolupracovat s různorodým týmem.
  • Neobejdeš se bez češtiny/slovenštiny a zvládneš komunikovat v angličtině (na úrovni alespoň B1).
  • Velkou výhodou je zkušenost s řízením změn nebo transformačními projekty.
