Job Overview: We're seeking a highly motivated Global Sales Development Specialist to join our hardworking, high-energy, fast-paced team. As a key member of our client acquisition division, you will be responsible for developing new and lasting relationships with small and mid-sized businesses and advancing deals through the sales cycle in collaboration with our product, marketing, and customer success teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals;
- Presentation and Outreach: Present products and solutions to prospective clients within various verticals and identify opportunities to convert them into revenue;
- Demo Calls: Conduct demo calls with qualified prospects that were scheduled via outbound and inbound channels;
- CRM Data Entry: Enter all required data for sales onto the company CRM (Hubspot);
- Targets and Performance: Work towards monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets as set by the Head of Sales; and
- Cross-Selling and Customer Support: Follow up with past customers and cross-sell products, as well as provide assistance to other members of the Folderly team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in a B2B sales role, preferably in SaaS;
- Technical Skills: Experience selling technically complicated software products, proficiency in CRM systems (Hubspot), and sales engagement platforms;
- Communication and Language Skills: Advanced English language skills, fluent in Ukrainian, and experience selling to the US/Europe or English-speaking market;
- Self-Motivation and Teamwork: Self-motivated, organized individual with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities and excellent time management skills.
