Global Sales Strategist for Fintech Expansion

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our international sales efforts and drive growth in the fintech sector.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales leader to join our team at HR Instytut and take on a key role in driving business expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to identify, acquire, and retain new customers across various international markets.
About You:
- You have a strong track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably within the fintech industry.
- You possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and have a good understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
- You are a strategic thinker with a data-driven approach, able to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform your sales strategy.
- You have experience working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary ranging from 17,000 to 20,000 PLN net base (approximately $4,000 - $4,500 USD) per month, plus a 10% sales commission.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and expansion in international markets.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and forecasts to track sales performance and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in online product sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably within fintech.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with SaaS, sales, business development, and product management principles.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field.
