We're looking for a proactive, self-driven professional to join our team as an Employer Branding Strategist.

The Role

This pivotal position is responsible for elevating our employer brand and delivering memorable experiences for our employees.

You'll have the opportunity to work across tactical, operational, and strategic initiatives, collaborating with internal teams, external vendors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Employer Brand Initiatives: Enhance Adaptiq's visibility and appeal by creating engaging content and experiences that showcase our unique culture and values.
  • Contribute to Company-Wide Events: Plan and execute events that foster engagement, collaboration, and a sense of community among employees.
  • Manage Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with vendors, job platforms, and other external partners to ensure seamless execution of plans.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams and clients to deliver impactful solutions and ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle budgeting, reporting, and other administrative tasks with attention to detail.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ Years of Experience in Employer Branding, Employee Experience, or a related field.
  • Proven Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, report on measurable results, and implement insights.
  • Passion for Storytelling: Creativity and flair for crafting compelling stories and brand content.
  • Interest in AI: Familiarity with Generative AI tools and a desire to explore their potential in employer branding activities.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with advanced English proficiency.
  • Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a positive attitude and high energy levels.
