Regional Meetings & Events Lead

This is a pivotal role within our global Meetings & Events framework. As the regional ambassador, you will drive program adoption, regional alignment, and expansion of services by collaborating closely with stakeholders across the business.

The ideal candidate has experience in meeting management, stakeholder engagement, and process optimization. You will partner across teams and geographies to identify opportunities that enhance the overall impact of the M&E program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Advocacy & Promotion: Represent and promote the global M&E program in the region by clearly articulating its value, benefits, and strategic priorities.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based partnerships with regional stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including marketing, compliance, procurement, and finance.
  • Stakeholder Mapping: Identify and analyze key stakeholders, assess influence and needs, and design engagement strategies to increase awareness and adoption of the M&E program.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate existing meeting planning processes, recommend improvements, and collaborate with local and global teams to implement best practices.
  • Regional Expansion Strategy: Support the expansion of M&E services by identifying gaps and opportunities, advocating for scalable service models, and ensuring successful regional implementation.
  • Change Management: Lead change initiatives related to the M&E program, ensuring consistent communication, training, and adoption across the region.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and report key performance indicators, program engagement, and adoption metrics to inform strategy and support continuous improvement.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, hospitality, or a related field. 5–7 years of experience in meetings & events management, project management, or program management.
