IT Incident Resolution Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT Incident Manager to join our team at Devire IT Outsourcing.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of IT incidents from identification through resolution, ensuring that incidents are managed effectively and within SLA targets.
As the escalation point for complex incidents, the Incident Manager will coordinate and lead incident response teams during major incidents, ensuring clear communication and efficient resolution.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT incident management, with experience in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange Online, and ServiceNow.
They will also possess excellent communication skills, with a minimum B2 level in English and German.
