Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Bravura Solutions Polska Sp Z o.o. As an Application Support Analyst, you will work on the second level of support in IT Service Management, resolving complex software issues and providing expert guidance to clients.
Responsibilities- Addressing client concerns through the Service Desk, troubleshooting software bugs, and fixing data discrepancies.
- Supporting end-of-day batch processing and deploying application code.
- Offering technical advice on standard system usage and related services.
- Escalating protocols for timely issue resolution and keeping clients informed.
- Updating incident management systems with detailed investigation actions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Experience working with SQL, T-SQL, Windows Server, MS SQL Server, IIS, and Windows.
- Knowledge of cloud technology, preferably AWS.
- Practical English language proficiency.
A good understanding of best practice application development methodologies (C#, .NET) and knowledge of Cloud technology (AWS) would be advantageous.
