Multilingual Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through timely and accurate processing of information.
- Key Responsibilities:
Data Management: Validate and enter data (e.g. applications, generic data maintenance, orders, resignation and renewal) for multiple countries.
Document Validation: Perform deep and complex documents validation and check information for completeness and correctness in compliance with business conduct rules.
Request Handling: Investigate requests from Amway Business Owners and independently provide appropriate solutions based on experience and acquired Customer Service knowledge.
Team Collaboration: Assist other team members with daily duties, accurately enter and update data records in various IT Systems, identify system errors and inform uplines about all ABO related issues.
Process Improvement: Monitor and maintain inbound channels and document workflow, collaborate on daily basis with other Central Functions, contribute to high data quality and apply data governance standards.
Requirements:
- Education and Skills: Bachelor University Degree, good knowledge of Italian language (B1/B2 level), good knowledge of English, proficiency in working with IT systems.
- Work Experience: Previous working experience with customers in a service-oriented area would be an asset.
