Customer Service Role in Italian

We are seeking a highly motivated and communicative professional to join our team as a Junior Customer Service Representative with Italian.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Interact with customers via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, to ensure their needs are met.
  • Respond to customer requests and provide accurate information on products, promotions, orders, invoices, payments, returns, incentives, and terms and conditions.
  • Collaborate with the Technology department to resolve technical issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to projects across various departments to drive customer value and improve internal processes.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Italian language skills at C1/C2 level and English at B2 level.
  • Strong knowledge of additional European languages on full professional proficiency.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Previous working experience is an asset but not required.
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
