About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in German. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting German-speaking business customers in solving problems related to their products on a well-known shopping platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solve customer issues via email, focusing on account management, registration, login, payment methods, delivery, storage, and more.
  • Build a positive corporate image through exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure the highest process quality by following established procedures and guidelines.
Requirements
  • Excellent German language skills at a minimum B2 level.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Availability for at least 120 hours per month within our project working hours (Monday to Sunday, 6:00-22:00).
  • Strong communication skills, including empathy, assertiveness, active listening, commitment to solving customer issues, and clear expression.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Very good knowledge of English to at least B2 level.
