Attio is revolutionizing the CRM software category, aiming to create a user-friendly and essential experience for millions of businesses. We're seeking a talented Technical Support Specialist to join our Go To Market team.
Job Description
We're looking for an individual who will be the voice of our customers, advocating for their needs and experiences within our company. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide fast and friendly support through emails, chat, and video calls, adhering to Service Level Agreements between European and US business hours. This role involves accurately and efficiently answering customer questions regarding Attio features, troubleshooting and documenting bugs, and collaborating with our Engineering team until resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
- Analyze and document customer feedback and requests, using this information to advocate for improvements in our product development and roadmap.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless communication and resolve issues efficiently.
- Develop and document support processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex topics into simple guidance.
- A high degree of empathy and understanding of customer needs and feelings.
- Innate curiosity and commitment to learning about our product, its features, and the latest developments.
- Tech savvy and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use available resources to find resolutions.
- Proactive approach to process improvements and issue prevention.
